Job Description
We are looking for TeleSales Executives to promote life and health insurance policies from our Tinsukia branch office. This role involves contacting potential clients, explaining policy benefits, and converting leads into successful sales.
The position offers strong earning potential through commissions and performance bonuses, making it ideal for candidates confident in persuasion and relationship building.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound sales calls to new and existing leads
- Explain insurance plans, premiums, and coverage options
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable policies
- Assist customers in completing proposal documentation
- Maintain customer follow-up records
- Achieve monthly policy and premium targets
Eligibility Criteria
- 12th pass or Graduate
- 0–4 years sales experience preferred
- Strong convincing and negotiation skills
- Fluent communication in Assamese/Hindi
