Job Description
A leading private sector bank is hiring a Relationship Officer for its Tinsukia branch. The selected candidate will be responsible for acquiring new customers, maintaining strong relationships with existing account holders, and promoting various banking and financial products. This role requires excellent communication skills, product knowledge, and the ability to build long-term customer trust.
The Relationship Officer will act as the primary contact for customers regarding savings accounts, current accounts, fixed deposits, insurance, and loan products. The candidate must ensure high customer satisfaction while achieving monthly sales and revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new leads for savings accounts, loans, and investment products
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Cross-sell insurance and other financial products
- Assist customers with documentation and account opening
- Ensure compliance with KYC and banking regulations
- Achieve monthly sales targets
- Resolve customer issues in coordination with branch staff
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate in any discipline (Commerce preferred)
- 1–4 years experience in banking or financial sales
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of banking products
Salary & Benefits
₹18,000 – ₹35,000 per month + performance incentives
