Receptionist

Job Description

We are seeking a smart, well-presented, and organized Receptionist for a reputed educational institute in Tinsukia. The Receptionist will be the first point of contact for students, parents, and visitors, playing a key role in maintaining a professional and welcoming environment.

The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and the ability to manage front desk operations efficiently. This position requires a friendly attitude, patience in handling inquiries, and strong coordination skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage front desk and welcome students, parents, and visitors
  • Answer incoming calls and respond to inquiries professionally
  • Provide course details and admission information to walk-in candidates
  • Schedule appointments and maintain staff/management calendars
  • Maintain visitor records and student enquiry data
  • Assist in administrative tasks such as filing and documentation
  • Coordinate between faculty, students, and management when required
  • Ensure cleanliness and discipline at the reception area

Eligibility Criteria

  • 12th pass or Graduate
  • 0–2 years experience in receptionist or front desk role preferred
  • Good communication skills in Assamese and Hindi
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office and email handling
  • Pleasant personality and customer-friendly attitude

Salary & Benefits
