Job Description

We are hiring a dedicated and detail-oriented Computer Operator for a reputed office located in Tinsukia. This role is ideal for candidates who are comfortable working on computers for extended hours and have basic knowledge of office documentation and digital record management.

The Computer Operator will play a key role in maintaining accurate data records, preparing official documents, and supporting daily administrative operations. This is a stable, desk-based position suited for individuals looking to build a long-term career in office administration.

The ideal candidate should possess good typing speed, attention to detail, and the ability to follow instructions carefully. Basic knowledge of MS Office tools and internet usage is essential for this position.


Key Responsibilities

  • Perform accurate data entry into company systems and software
  • Maintain and update digital databases regularly
  • Prepare official letters, reports, and documents using MS Word and Excel
  • Handle email communication and respond to basic inquiries
  • Conduct internet research as required by management
  • Organize and maintain both digital and physical files
  • Verify data entries to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Assist in preparing daily, weekly, and monthly reports
  • Support other administrative staff with documentation tasks
  • Ensure confidentiality of company records and sensitive information

Eligibility Criteria

  • Minimum 12th pass; Graduate preferred
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word)
  • Familiarity with internet browsing and email usage
  • Good typing speed with accuracy
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to follow instructions and meet deadlines
