Job Description

A growing finance company in Tinsukia is hiring a Back Office Executive to handle documentation, data processing, and coordination work. This role is essential for maintaining internal records, supporting field staff, and ensuring proper documentation of financial transactions.

The candidate should be detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable using computers for data management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain daily MIS reports and database updates
  • Verify loan application documents and data entries
  • Assist sales and collection teams with required documentation
  • Coordinate with customers for document completion
  • Maintain digital and physical file records
  • Prepare performance and summary reports

Eligibility Criteria

  • Graduate in any discipline
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Word)
  • Good typing speed and attention to detail
  • Strong organizational skills

Salary & Benefits

₹12,000 – ₹20,000 per month
