Field Sales Executive

Job Description

We are looking for an energetic and goal-oriented Field Sales Executive to join a reputed FMCG distribution company in Tinsukia. The candidate will be responsible for generating sales by visiting retail shops, wholesalers, and supermarkets across Tinsukia town and nearby areas. This is a field-based role requiring strong networking ability, persuasive communication, and consistent follow-up.

The ideal candidate must be comfortable traveling daily, meeting shop owners, promoting product schemes, and ensuring proper visibility of products in the market. This role offers strong earning potential through performance incentives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Visit assigned retailers and distributors daily as per route plan
  • Promote FMCG products and explain ongoing offers and schemes
  • Generate primary and secondary sales orders
  • Ensure proper product display and branding visibility
  • Monitor stock levels and report shortages
  • Collect payments and maintain outstanding records
  • Achieve monthly sales and distribution targets
  • Submit daily visit and sales reports to the Sales Manager

Eligibility Criteria

  • Minimum 12th pass; Graduate preferred
  • 0–3 years field sales experience
  • Two-wheeler with valid driving license
  • Good communication skills in Assamese and Hindi
  • Target-oriented mindset

Salary & Benefits

₹15,000 – ₹25,000 + Travel Allowance + Incentives
