Job Description
We are hiring TeleCollection Executives to manage follow-ups for EMI and overdue payments from customers in Tinsukia. This role is responsible for maintaining consistent communication with borrowers, ensuring timely collections, and supporting the company’s credit control process.
The candidate should be confident on calls, firm yet polite in communication, and comfortable working in a target-based environment. Prior experience in collections, tele-calling, or customer support will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to customers with pending EMI payments
- Remind customers about due dates and payment procedures
- Negotiate repayment commitments and record promises to pay
- Update call outcomes and remarks in the collection system
- Escalate serious overdue cases to field or legal team if required
- Achieve monthly collection targets
- Maintain professional and compliant communication standards
Eligibility Criteria
- 12th pass or Graduate
- 0–3 years experience in collections, tele-calling, or customer service
- Strong communication skills in Assamese and Hindi
- Good negotiation and convincing ability
- Basic computer knowledge and CRM handling skills
