Job Description
We are hiring a Customer Care Executive for a reputed multi-speciality hospital based in Tinsukia. This position plays a key role in managing the hospital’s front office operations and ensuring a smooth and professional patient experience. The selected candidate will be responsible for handling patient registrations, appointment coordination, billing assistance, and maintaining front desk decorum.
The role requires a polite personality, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities during busy hours. Candidates must be comfortable interacting with patients and their families while maintaining empathy and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome patients and visitors at the reception desk
- Register new patients and update returning patient records in hospital software
- Schedule appointments for consultations, laboratory tests, and diagnostic services
- Handle billing queries and guide patients regarding payment procedures
- Coordinate with doctors, nursing staff, and lab technicians
- Maintain daily appointment logs and reception registers
- Ensure proper queue management and waiting area coordination
- Maintain confidentiality of patient information
Eligibility Criteria
- 12th pass or Graduate in any discipline
- 0–2 years experience in hospital/clinic front office preferred
- Good communication skills in Assamese and Hindi
- Basic computer knowledge required
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
Salary & Benefits
- ₹11,000 – ₹18,000 per month
