Customer Support Executive – Domestic Voice Process

We are looking for Customer Support Executives to handle inbound customer service calls for a domestic process operating from Tinsukia. The position focuses on delivering high-quality customer service, resolving service-related queries, and maintaining customer satisfaction levels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound calls regarding product or service queries
  • Provide accurate information as per company knowledge base
  • Register complaints and generate service tickets
  • Update CRM system with proper call notes
  • Escalate complex issues to senior departments
  • Meet call quality and productivity benchmarks
  • Maintain professional communication at all times

Eligibility Criteria

  • 12th pass or graduate
  • 0–2 years of experience in customer support or BPO
  • Good communication in Assamese and Hindi
  • Basic computer knowledge and typing skills
  • Willingness to work in rotational day shifts
