Tele-Sales Executive – Financial Products

Job Description

We are hiring Tele-Sales Executives to promote personal loans, business loans, and other financial products to customers across Assam from our Tinsukia office. This is a performance-driven role designed for individuals who enjoy interacting with customers over the phone and achieving sales targets. Candidates will work in a structured office environment with clear goals, daily monitoring, and attractive incentive opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Call company-provided leads and explain loan/finance product features
• Understand customer financial needs and suggest suitable products
• Collect and verify basic customer information for loan processing
• Coordinate with backend and field verification teams
• Maintain proper call records and update CRM software regularly
• Follow up with leads until approval and disbursal
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets

Who Can Apply?

• 12th pass or graduates in any discipline
• 0–3 years of experience in sales/tele-calling (freshers can apply)
• Good communication in Assamese/Hindi/Bengali; basic English preferred
• Strong convincing and objection-handling skills
• Target-oriented mindset with interest in BFSI sector

Salary & Perks:
